The firm of C. Steen and Son were publishers in Copenhagen. Christian Steen (1786-1861) was the founder of the firm who specialised in maps and children’s publications. He also wholesaled paper. This map possibly comes from the ‘Atlas over Danmark’ published 1856-66. Tooley’s Dictionary (1999-2004).
