This map of the mouth of the La Plata River was published by Isaac Tirion (c.1705-c.69), a publisher in Amsterdam. The map extends to Buenos Aires on the south shore and Montevideo on the northern shore. Lower left is an inset detailing ‘Baay van Maldonado’.
